Lab Services

Badger Mining Corporation's Quality and Technical Assurance team offers customers testing services within the foundry and the oil and gas industries.   Customers also receive technical support from a staff of qualified associates with years of  practical experience in the industries they serve.

Project Engineering Services Team / Research & Development Team

The Research and Development Team works in unison with the Project and Engineering Team.

In an attempt to achieve BMC's goal to expand in the industrial minerals market, the R&D team is committed to researching alternative industrial minerals and identifying potential opportunities. The PEST Team works in an integrated fashion with the Sales and Marketing Team and Quality Technical Assurance Team to explore and/or develop new products that benefit both BMC and its customers. Research activities involve a mixture of client interaction, literature investigation and laboratory testing.

The department is well equipped for processing various industrial minerals. Mineral processing research facilities include equipment for comminution, dry screening, magnetic separation, air classification, granular material blending and rotary drying. These facilities are supported and maintained by an experienced technical support staff, including a fabrication team and fabrication shop.

Badger Mining Corporation (BMC)'s Research and Development Team also serves as a resource to all of BMC's self-directed work teams to provide various research information. The R&D team provides plant Operation Teams with annual mine planning activities. Operations teams also utilize the R&D Team for maximizing production efficiencies and exploring processing alternatives.


Customer Service Team

With the vast majority of BMC’s products being shipped at least 500 miles from our production facilities, there is a lot of coordination that needs to be accomplished prior to our customers receiving their orders. BMC’s Customer Service Team is dedicated to ensuring this happens efficiently, on-time and with no hassle to the customer regardless of your location. We work closely with all of our Sales and Operations Teams, Distribution Centers and LogicHaul to coordinate all shipments and deliveries whether rail, truck or customer pick-up.

Although we continue to implement new processes to improve our efficiencies and response time, we have not lost sight of the importance of the human touch.
